1. Steel Supply & Fabrication
Supply of standard and customized steel products, including gratings, structural members, support frames, and project-specific components. Production is carried out through established manufacturing partners to ensure consistency and reliability.
2. Solar Support Structures
Provision of structural systems for rooftop and ground-mounted solar installations, with consideration for site conditions and project requirements.
3. Shop Drawings & Technical Coordination
Assistance in preparing shop drawings and coordinating technical details with consultants and contractors to ensure alignment with design intent and site needs.
4. Engineering Coordination (PE Calculation & Endorsement)
We assist in coordinating with Professional Engineers (PE) for structural calculations, design checks, and endorsement where required, in line with project specifications.
5. Submission & Regulatory Coordination (including AC Checker Service)
Support in coordinating documentation and submission processes in accordance with relevant project and authority requirements, including where applicable:
- Building and Construction Authority (BCA)
- Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA)
- Singapore Civil Defence Force (Fire Safety requirements)
Our role is to assist in aligning technical information and documentation with submission needs, working alongside project consultants and stakeholders.
6. Site Measurement & Survey Support
Basic site measurement and survey assistance to verify dimensions and conditions prior to fabrication or installation, helping to reduce discrepancies and improve accuracy.
7. Installation Support & Coordination
Assistance in coordinating installation works, including planning, sequencing, and communication with relevant parties to facilitate smoother on-site execution.
8. Design Optimization & Practical Adjustments
Where applicable, we support in reviewing and refining design details to better suit site conditions, improve constructability, and enhance overall efficiency.
9. Project Coordination & Cost Awareness
Support in coordinating project-related activities with an emphasis on scheduling, communication, and cost awareness. We aim to help clients manage resources efficiently and minimize unnecessary variations where possible.
10. Delivery & Site Support
Coordination of delivery schedules and on-site support to facilitate installation and ensure materials are used appropriately.
